We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer / Animator to join our Marketing team and help shape the visual identity of our next-generation social casino.

You will play a key role in creating engaging visual content for our US-based social casino. We are looking for someone who understands modern entertainment audiences and can transform creative concepts into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and player acquisition.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals, motion graphics expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to content creation, including the use of AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for multiple channels, including social media, websites, digital advertising campaigns, CRM communications, and branded merchandise
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, trailers, gameplay showcases, promotional videos, tutorials, and marketing creatives
• Develop creative concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency
• Collaborate closely with Head of Marketing, Social Media team and CRM Manager to deliver impactful creative campaigns
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all customer touchpoints
• Utilize AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content production, concept development, image generation, video creation, and creative experimentation
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, motion graphics techniques, AI creative workflows, and emerging technologies within gaming, entertainment, and digital marketing
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design, animation, video production, or related creative fields
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, animation, motion graphics, and digital marketing creatives (candidates without the portfolio won’t be taken into consideration).
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept through delivery
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and strong understanding of composition, typography, motion, and branding
• Experience creating content optimized for social media and performance marketing channels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity in gaming, social casino, mobile gaming, or interactive entertainment is a strong advantage

Nice to Have

• Experience working within the iGaming, gaming, esports, or entertainment industries
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, Flux, Ideogram, or similar platforms
• Experience generating AI-assisted image and video content for marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with advanced AI video generation workflows
• Experience with Seedance 2.0 or similar next-generation AI video generation platforms is considered a strong plus
• Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a bonus

We are looking for an Operations and Customer Support Lead. We are not looking for a traditional ticket-queue manager. We are seeking the human layer for our entire operation – a sharp, high-judgment professional who will own complex escalations, operational administration, vendor coordination, and strict compliance execution as we scale.

Key responsibilities:

Operational and Order Administration

• Order Management: Own full-cycle order admin, including cancellations, address changes, returns, and store credit issuance.
• Refunds & Disputes: Handle all refund decisions exceeding auto-approval thresholds. Build, submit, and manage chargeback dispute packets.
• Fulfillment Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for delivery and fulfillment exceptions with our third-party fulfillment vendor.

• E-Commerce & Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Gorgias, Zendesk, Hubspot or Intercom is strongly preferred.
• Affiliate Management: Direct experience working with affiliate management platforms (handling attribution, payouts, and flagged content).
• High Judgment over High Volume: This is not a high-volume ticket-pumping role. We pay for exceptional judgment, range, and operational ownership.
